The 2024 Multi-Sector Needs Assessment (MSNA) Summary Report for Borno, Adamawa, and Yobe (BAY) States in Nigeria provides an in-depth analysis of the challenges faced by persons with disabilities (PWDs) in these regions. Conducted between November 2023 and November 2024, the study employed both qualitative and quantitative methods to assess the distribution, needs, and experiences of PWDs, their families, and communities.
